AI Automations for Business
You Said You'd Get to the AI Stuff. That Was 18 Months Ago.
We did not read about AI automations and decide to sell them. We built them in our own agency first. The systems that handle our enquiries, follow up our leads, and onboard our clients are the same systems we build for yours. If it works for us, we will build it for you.
Saved in our own agency every week, running the same automations we build for you.
Of what we recommend is tested inside Samoey Digital before it touches your business.
The tools we build on: Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, and custom AI agents.
Sound Familiar?
You're Running Your Business. But Your Business Is Running You.
If you recognise your business in any of these, the problem is not your effort. It is that the mechanical work still lands on a human every time. Usually you.
You're answering the same questions every day.
Enquiries, quotes, booking confirmations, follow-ups. Hours of your week disappear into tasks that follow the exact same pattern every single time. Tasks that could be handled while you sleep.
Leads go cold while you are busy doing the work.
Someone reaches out at 9pm on a Tuesday. You do not see it until Wednesday morning. By then, they have already booked someone else. Every hour of delayed response costs you a conversion you worked hard to earn.
You keep saying you will implement AI properly.
You have tried ChatGPT. Maybe you use it for emails. But connecting AI to your actual business, your CRM, your calendar, your leads, your client onboarding, keeps getting pushed back. Every month that passes, the pile of manual processes gets bigger.
We do not hand you a list of AI tools and wish you luck. We build, test, and integrate the automations into the systems your business already runs on, then document and train your team so they run without you touching them.
What We Build
Practical Automations. Built into Your Business. Running Every Day.
A few of the systems we build most often. Each one runs quietly in the background once it is live, so the work simply stops landing on you.
AI Receptionist
Handles enquiries around the clock. Answers your most common questions, qualifies leads, and books calls. Your business is responsive even when you are not at your desk.
Proposal Bot
Generates professional, on-brand proposals from a short intake form. What currently takes an hour takes minutes. The draft is yours to review and send.
Client Onboarding
Automatically sends welcome sequences, collects the information you need, and books kick-off calls. New clients feel looked after from the moment they say yes.
Email Follow-up Sequences
Automated follow-ups for leads that did not convert first time. Timed, personalised, written in your voice. Persistent without being pushy.
Admin Task Automation
Invoices, reports, reminders, data entry. The background work that fills your afternoons gets handled by the system, not by you.
See It Running
This Is What Your Business Looks Like on Autopilot.
A live view of the work your systems handle in the background, so you can see at a glance what is done, what is coming up, and where the money is.
AI-generated insight
3 leads are cooling off. Your win-back sequence can reach them today and recover an estimated $1,850.

This weekThe Numbers
Put a Number on It.
This is not a theoretical exercise. It is the calculation every business owner does once they see it clearly.
That is a conservative estimate for a small business owner. For a senior professional services principal spending time on admin that should never reach their desk, the number is considerably higher.
“We used it in our own agency first. The automations saving us 12 hours a week are the ones we build for yours.”
The question is not whether automation pays for itself.
The question is how much it is costing you not to have it yet.

How It Works
From Assessment to Automation
No mystery. Here is exactly what happens when you work with us.
Assessment Call
We spend time properly mapping your business. Every manual process, every repetitive task, every place where leads slow down or fall through the cracks. We rank them by time cost and automation potential, and you leave with a clear picture of what to build first.
Build
We set up, test, and integrate your automations into the systems you already use. Xero, Google Workspace, your CRM, your calendar, your email platform. You do not need to change your tools. We connect to what you already have.
Handover
We walk you through every automation with a video walkthrough. You and your team understand what each one does, what it handles, and what to flag if something needs adjusting.
Repeat (retainer)
Each month we review what is running, identify the next highest-ROI automation, build it, and add it to your stack. The business runs differently three months in than it did on day one. That is the point.
Who This Is For
We Are Selective on Purpose.
Automations only work when the underlying process is worth automating. Before you get in touch, here is an honest look at who this tends to be the right fit for, and who it is probably not.
This is for you if...
- You have repeating manual processes that follow the same pattern every week: enquiries, onboarding, invoicing, follow-ups.
- Leads are falling through the cracks because you cannot always respond fast enough.
- You are a small team, solo operator, or solopreneur who cannot afford to hire admin staff but cannot keep doing admin personally.
- You have been saying you will implement AI properly for over 12 months.
- You want your business to function at a higher level without adding more people to the payroll.
This is probably not for you if...
- Your business is still figuring out its core processes. Automating something that changes every month creates more problems than it solves.
- You want someone to hand you a list of AI tools and walk away. We build and integrate, we do not consult and disappear.
- You are hoping automations will replace strategy, judgment, or genuine client relationships. They handle the mechanical work so you can do more of the thinking.
- You are looking for marketing strategy or content creation. That is what our SEO and social media management services are for.
- You want a one-off automation with no documentation, no training, and no follow-up. That is a recipe for the automation breaking and nobody knowing why.
If you read that and felt the left column describing you, it is worth having a conversation.
I Already Know. Book the Call. What It Looks Like in Practice
We built it in our own business first.
We are building this section with client results as they come in. In the meantime, the most honest thing we can share is this: every automation in this service is one we run inside Samoey Digital. The AI receptionist handling after-hours enquiries. The onboarding sequence that fires the moment a new client signs. The follow-up sequences running in the background while we are heads-down on client work. We did not build a list of services and go looking for someone to test them on. We built the infrastructure first.
Ask us about a specific use case on the call and we will walk you through exactly how we built it and what it does.
FAQ
Common Questions
Do I need any technical knowledge to use the automations?
No. We build everything, document everything, and train your team. The goal is that you understand what each automation does and why, not how it works under the hood. You do not need to touch any of the technical setup. That is what you are paying us for.
What systems do you integrate with?
The honest answer is: if it runs on a computer, phone, or browser and has been built in the last five to seven years, there is almost certainly a way to connect to it. The tools we build on (Make, n8n, and the OpenAI and Claude APIs) connect natively to thousands of platforms, including Xero, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, Slack, Calendly, Stripe, Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, Shopify, and many more. Custom webhooks and APIs extend that list further. The meaningful exceptions are legacy on-premise software that has never been cloud-connected, and a small number of proprietary enterprise platforms that intentionally restrict external access. Most Australian small businesses and professional services firms will not run into those limitations. If you are unsure whether your specific tools can be connected, bring the question to the assessment call and we will tell you plainly.
How long does each automation take to set up?
Most automations are live within the same month. Straightforward integrations, an AI receptionist, an email follow-up sequence, a proposal draft tool, typically go live within two to three weeks. Complex builds with multiple system integrations may take a full month. We set clear timelines before any work starts and do not move on to the next build until the current one is properly tested and handed over.
What if an automation breaks?
One-off builds come with 30-day support after handover. If something breaks within that window, we fix it. Clients on a monthly retainer receive ongoing support as part of the engagement, with no time limit. Every automation is documented so your team can flag the failure point quickly, and we build monitoring into complex automations so issues surface before they become problems.
Is this suitable for a solopreneur or small team?
Yes. The automations with the highest return for smaller operators tend to be the simplest: an AI receptionist handling after-hours enquiries, a proposal bot that gets drafts out in minutes instead of hours, an onboarding sequence that makes every new client feel looked after without you lifting a finger. A solo operator or small team often sees the fastest, most tangible time savings, because there is no admin team absorbing the manual work in the background. You are doing it yourself. We remove it from your plate.
How is this different from just using Zapier or Make myself?
There is nothing stopping you from setting up automations yourself. Some people do. The gap we fill is the time it takes to learn the tools, design the workflows correctly, connect them securely to your existing systems, test them properly, and document them so they do not become a black box nobody understands six months later. Most business owners who have tried to build their own automations have either abandoned them halfway through or built something that worked for a week and then quietly stopped. We build things that run properly and stay running.
Next Step
You Already Know This Would Pay for Itself. Let's Work Out Where to Start.
The question was never whether you should do this. It is which processes to tackle first, and how to do it without it becoming another project that stalls. Have a conversation with us and we will map what is actually worth automating in your business.
No obligation. Just a clear picture of where to start.
