Discovery call (30 to 45 minutes).
We learn your business, your clients, and what your website actually has to do for you. You learn how we work. If we are a fit, we move forward. If we are not, we tell you.
Scope and fixed-price quote.
Within 48 hours of the discovery call, you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, a scoped deliverable, and a timeline. No surprise invoices, no scope creep.
Design and copy, with two rounds of revisions.
We design the site and write the copy from a one-hour interview with you. Two focused rounds of revisions gets it right and gets it out.
Build and staging review.
We build the full site on a private staging environment. You walk through it section by section before launch. Nothing goes live until you are ready.
Launch.
We handle domain pointing, hosting setup, redirects from your old site (if any), and submitting your sitemap to Google so you get indexed fast.

How long does a website build take?
Typically 4 to 6 weeks from scope approval to launch for a standard build. Complex builds with custom functionality take 6 to 10 weeks. You get a confirmed timeline before any work starts.
Do I have to write the content myself?
No. We take your expertise, the way you actually talk about what you do, and turn it into web copy that ranks on Google, gets cited by AI search, and converts visitors into enquiries. The expertise is yours. The words are ours. One 60-minute interview is all we usually need.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. Most clients can make small edits themselves once they have been walked through their CMS at handover. That said, a modern website needs more than the occasional copy tweak to stay healthy: hosting, security updates, technical patches, and the small admin changes that come up across the year. Our maintenance plan handles all of that, including one admin change a month. Most clients start on the plan and decide later.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Hosting is included in our maintenance plan. If you would rather host the site yourself after launch, we set it up at handover and walk you through the controls.
Will my website actually show up in ChatGPT and AI search?
That is the goal of every build. AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews cite websites that are fast, well-structured, and clear about what they offer. We build for all three. We cannot guarantee a specific result in any algorithm (no honest agency can), but we can guarantee that your website is set up to be found and cited the way the best-positioned firms in your category already are.
What if I already have a website?
